A new concept in self storage. We will are looking to attract merchants as tenants and allow tenants to be merchants.
On weekends Store and Swap will host a Swapmeet. Tenants will be able to sell right from their units and merchants can reserve spots in our large open air pavilion market area. Other services will be both covered and uncovered RV/Boat storage, RV-Station, Venue rental, and Sub-metered electrical for all units and RV/Boat spaces.
